PositiveID Corp (OTCMKTS:PSID)’s E-N-G Mobile Systems Extends Service Business

    PositiveID Corp (OTCMKTS:PSID) is extending its service offering to comprise mobile support and maintenances on-call or under a service deal to help its clients reduce vehicle downtime. As per its previous model clients would be needed to take units out of service and get the vehicles to company’s ENG service facility for task to be done. The downtime can be costly and have a substantial impact on a client’s business whether cellular platforms, news vans, command centers, power utilities, etc. With its latest mobile service, when probable, ENG will get the maintenance or repair directly to the client.

    The details

    ENG builds and designs wireless support vehicles, mobile laboratories, broadcast news vehicles, radio frequency test platforms, and other technical vehicles. So far, ENG has offered over 1,400 specialty vehicles to clients across the globe, comprising over 600 broadcast news vehicles, 400 mobile laboratories, and over 400 vehicles for RF, infrared, cellular and other applications.

    ENG’s service business comprises maintenance and repair, mast service and sales, custom post payload brackets, Nycoil fabrication, generator installation and sales, technical vehicle repairs, custom metal fabrication, electronics sales and upgrades, cable assemblies, custom panel engraving and more.

    Lyle L. Probst, the President of PositiveID, reported that assisting their clients maintain their vehicles in service as much is promising is important to keeping their operations running as usual. World-class service and customer satisfaction has been at the center of ENG’s mission, and, they consider, will continue to assist them develop their business and draw new clients.

    Earlier PositiveID reported that its E-N-G Mobile Systems has received an order for multiple mobile chemistry labs totaling almost $1.2 million. Due to the site and nature of the mobile labs, the consumer is being kept close. This marks the biggest single order given by a customer since company’s acquisition deal of ENG in 2015.
