Furthermore, the Company granted 53,333 restricted share units (“RSU’s”) to an advisor to the Board of Directors. The DSU’s and RSU’s have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the Company’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
