VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 2, 2024 /CNW/ – Bravo Mining Corp. BRVO BRVMF, (“Bravo” or the “Company“) announces that it has granted a total of 1,363,500 stock options (“Options”) to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Such Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $3.13 per common share, and vest as to 25% one year from the date of grant followed by 25% annually thereafter until fully vested. All of the Options expire on July 29, 2029.
