    Pursuant to the terms of the Loan Agreement, Maximcash agreed to loan US$1,000,000 (the ā€œLoanā€) to the Company for a period of twelve (12) months (the ā€œMaturityā€), payable in twenty four (26) bi-weekly payments with an average monthly cost of approximately US$103,333.
