Why Intel Shares Are Trading Lower By Over 10%? Here Are Other Stocks Moving In Friday’s Mid-Day Session

    Shares of Intel Corporation INTC fell sharply during Friday’s session. Intel reported upbeat results for its fourth quarter, but issued a weak forecast for the first quarter.

    The company is guiding for first quarter revenue to be in a range of $12.2 billion to $13.2 billion, which is shy of a Street estimate of $14.2 billion, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Intel sees first quarter earnings per share hitting 13 cents, which is below a Street estimate of 33 cents per share.

    Intel shares dipped 10.7% to $44.23 on Friday.

    • Inspire Veterinary Partners, Inc. IVP jumped 121% to $0.4220 after jumping over 22% on Thursday.
    • Aclarion, Inc. ACON shares climbed 69.7% to $3.1650.
    • Panbela Therapeutics, Inc. PBLA surged 32% to $4.31. Panbela Therapeutics has reached 50% enrollment in ASPIRE trial of ivospemin plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel combo in first-line treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer.
    • Meiwu Technology Company Limited WNW gained 26.5% to $10.55.
    • AppFolio, Inc. APPF gained 25.7% to $219.23 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued guidance.
    • Vera Therapeutics, Inc. VERA jumped 20.6% to $30.54. Raymond James analyst Steven Seedhouse upgraded Vera Therapeutics from Outperform to Strong Buy and raised the price target from $29 to $37.
    • Cyngn Inc. CYN surged 19.8% to $0.2575. Cyngn shares jumped over 17% on Thursday after the company disclosed a strategic shift to Nvidia AI computers that will transform the technology powering its fleet of DriveMod autonomous industrial vehicles.
    • eHealth, Inc. EHTH rose 19.8% to $6.70 after the company announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter.
    • Porch Group, Inc. PRCH surged 18.1% to $2.7290. Porch Group received $25 million with signing of strategic agreement with Aon.
    • Movella Holdings Inc. MVLA rose 17.7% to $0.4139.
    • Tellurian Inc. TELL shares gained 16.6% to $0.6067 following a report suggesting the company hired Lazard to explore a possible sale.
    • Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation BAH rose 13.2% to $145.90 after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results, increased its quarterly dividend and raised FY24 guidance.
    • Cipher Mining Inc. CIFR rose 11.8% to $2.64.
    • Mereo BioPharma Group plc MREO jumped 11.4% to $4.0550.
    • Jaguar Health, Inc. JAGX gained 11.3% to $0.1280 after gaining around 12% on Thursday.
    • Lumen Technologies, Inc. LUMN rose 11.2% to $1.5350 after the company announced that it entered into an amended and rested transaction support agreement with a group of creditors.
    • CleanSpark, Inc. CLSK gained 7.8% to $7.88.
    • Repligen Corporation RGEN gained 7.3% to $199.07.
    • American Express Company AXP gained 7.2% to $201.61 after the company posted quarterly results and plans to increase the regular quarterly dividend by 17%.
    • Olin Corporation OLN rose 6% to $54.89 following strong results.

    • Richtech Robotics Inc. RR shares fell 67.8% to $3.1850.
    • Yoshitsu Co., Ltd TKLF shares fell 58.8% to $0.3230 after the company announced pricing of $4.0 million registered direct offering and private placement.
    • YanGuFang International Group Co., Ltd. YGF fell 35.8% to $0.68.
    • Onconetix, Inc. ONCO shares fell 27.2% to $0.2476 after surging around 130% on Thursday.
    • Nuvve Holding Corp. NVVE dipped 26.9% to $3.64 after the company filed for a public offering of 2.3 million shares of common stock, Series A warrants, Series B warrants and Series C warrants.
    • Planet Image International Limited YIBO fell 25% to $2.09.
    • Professional Diversity Network, Inc. IPDN fell 25% to $2.2501
    • Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. PCSA dipped 24.2% to $3.87 after the company announced pricing of its $7 million public offering.
    • Planet Image International Limited YIBO fell 24.1% to $2.1176 after dipping 30% on Thursday. Planet Image International priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million ordinary shares at $4 per share.
    • Mobilicom Limited MOB fell 23% to $1.3995 after the company announced a $2.95 million registered direct offering.
    • American Rebel Holdings, Inc. AREB shares fell 21.3% to $0.2950 after jumping over 41% on Thursday.
    • Jin Medical International Ltd. ZJYL fell 20.3% to $220.00.
    • Revelation Biosciences, Inc. REVB fell 18% to $8.53 after declining around 13% on Thursday.
    • Sagimet Biosciences Inc. SGMT shares declined 17.8% to $11.53. Sagimet Biosciences priced public offering of 9 million Series A common stock at $12.50 per share.
    • Spirit Airlines, Inc. SAVE fell 16.2% to $6.05 after JetBlue informed the company that certain conditions to closing the planned merger may not be satisfied prior to the dates set forth in the agreement and that the merger may be terminable after Jan. 28.
    • C3is Inc. CISS declined 13.5% to $0.1384 after gaining over 20% on Thursday. C3is recently announced pricing of its $7 million upsized underwritten public offering.
    • Longboard Pharmaceuticals, Inc. LBPH fell 10.7% to $23.20.
    • Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc. INBS shares fell 8.5% to $0.2060 after the company announced a 1-for-12 reverse stock split.
    • Financial Institutions, Inc. FISI fell 7.6% to $21.25 following weak quarterly results.
    • Roadzen, Inc. RDZN fell 5.8% to $5.13.
    • KLA Corporation KLAC shares declined 5.3% to $607.74 after the company reported second-quarter financial results and issued third-quarter guidance.
